How is it requested?


To request a portal with Participating for your municipality there are two options:


1. If the municipality belongs to the 5th action of the Moderniza Plan (Web Portals) of the Diputación de Alicante, you will only have to request through an incident in the GLPI municipalities assistance portal requesting said portal. Then, a technician from the computer department will contact the staff of the town hall to finalize the proposal.


2. If the municipality does NOT belong to the 5th action of the Moderniza Plan, the municipality must register a formal application for adhesion to said action. Once registered, a user will be assigned to the GLPI platform to be able to make the request there, in the same way that we explained in point 1.
